Associate Head of BMus
The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland is looking to appoint a highly creative, proactive and experienced individual to assist in the effective management and delivery of the Conservatoire’s BMus programme and programme staff.
You will: assist the Head of BMus in developing and delivering the BMus curriculum, with particular responsibility for Years 1 and 2. You will work closely with teaching staff from all departments to ensure that the curriculum offering is aligned with the profession and offers an outstanding student experience.
You will apply your own musical specialism/s and teaching expertise to enhance the BMus curriculum in innovative ways. You will work with programme staff to strengthen links between theory and practice, support collaboration between departments and develop proto-professional learning experiences for BMus students.
