Press and Marketing Assistant
An opportunity has arisen for a Press and Marketing Assistant to provide support to the Hall’s Marketing and Communication team on a permanent basis. The Press and Marketing Assistant will report to the Press Manager and will assist with managing film and photography requests, and proofing documents, as well as undertaking general office administrative tasks for the team.
Candidates should have strong IT skills, be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise and plan their work effectively and be self-motivated with a proactive and adaptable approach. Excellent customer service, and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Experience or knowledge of software systems such as content management systems would be beneficial. Candidates will also ideally have previous experience of working within a busy office environment.
