The Hunt Museum looking for a self-motivated individual to support it in a wide range of administration tasks at the museum.   

The job has three key areas of responsibility: to manage all event bookings and their set up; to assist in the administration needed for education and temporary exhibitions; general administration for the museum, including managing suppliers and contractors for IT, building and gardening services. The post also has some general administration such as mailing lists, petty cash and invoicing. 

You will enjoy talking to people, have a solid understanding of IT systems and platforms such as Google Drive and have an eye for detail combined with natural organisational skills.   You will be highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative, ensuring that all duties are completed thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner. The ability to work outside office hours on occasion together with a broad knowledge of the museum would be a plus.
