Monday, 16 July 2018, 11.55pm

BBC Learning is looking for an Executive Producer to lead an ambitious Primary School music campaign which has the aim of making every child a musician.

Beginning in 2019, the music campaign will galvanise the BBC and partners to champion the benefits of music education to children, schools, teachers, parents and their families.

Through dedicated educational resources, inspirational content from across the BBC and a network of committed partners BBC Learning will make 2019 the year the BBC provides that first access to music for everyone.

The Executive Producer will be responsible for bringing together a coalition of partners to help deliver exciting and inspirational music resources for the classroom and they will be pivotal in devising the messaging and marketing strategy to raise awareness of the value of learning music at an early age. This will be done in collaboration with Marketing and Audiences and needs to reach the broadest possible audience whilst ensuring it is both useful as well as informative.

They will work with colleagues across the organisation. They will have the ability to develop strong relationships with all parts of the BBC and be able to see how the music campaign could be represented in broadcast across all networks and be confident in selling these ideas to key editorial decision makers.
