Manchester International Festival (MIF) is the world’s first festival of original, new work and special events, staged every two years. 

This role will oversee the recruitment process and management of temporary staff working backstage and FOH during the 2019 Festival. This will involve coordinating the application process for temporary technical, artist liaison and FOH staff on shows and sites for the 2019 Festival, creating and administering a database of all applications, manage the contract process for temporary staff and oversee the screening and selection process of a high volume of applicants.
