Due to unprecedented expansion, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational and exceptional ‘Lead Teacher’ to develop orchestral percussion provision across the Berkshire Music Hub.

This role would ideally suit a formally trained Orchestral Percussionist (with ability to play drum kit) who performs to a high level whilst having excellent whole class, individual and small group teaching skills. The successful candidate will have experience in coaching and conducting ensembles and the expertise/potential to further shape our teaching and recruitment strategies.
